We are looking for an IT Client Acquisition Specialist who can identify, approach, and secure new clients in the IT industry. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the U.S. market with strong communication and sales abilities.Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential IT clients across the U.S.
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present and promote Career Land Center’s staffing and recruitment services
Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable solutions
Negotiate terms and close client contracts
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deliveryRequirements
Experience in business development or sales in the U.S. market
Knowledge of the IT industry and hiring needs
Background in recruitment or staffing services is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
