- Sales Management: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining strong conversion rates and owning your personal sales pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a small team of Sales Experts, helping them achieve performance targets through coaching and regular 1:1 meetings.
- Performance Tracking: Track team performance against KPIs and share insights or escalate challenges to leadership to improve overall effectiveness.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to improving sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and team processes.
- Consultative Selling: Build trust with prospective travelers using consultative selling and storytelling to convert inquiries into meaningful travel experiences.
- Global Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different time zones, ensuring smooth handovers and clear communication.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving or overachieving targets.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership role, including coaching team members and conducting performance reviews.
- Communication: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly in a B2C or lifestyle brand environment.
- Multichannel Support: Experience handling customer conversations across phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while working independently in a remote setting.
