- Serve as a trusted partner in driving people initiatives that support business transformations and long-term objectives.
- Provide strategic input on workforce development, succession pipelines, and talent calibration, working alongside centers of expertise.
- Supervise a team of HR professionals in delivering people solutions at the site level, ensuring service excellence and compliance with internal standards.
- Streamline HR operations within the plant or site to support employee lifecycle processes, labor compliance, and performance outcomes.
- Cultivate a strong on-ground HR presence that contributes meaningfully to site leadership and employee trust.
- Partner with talent teams to support hiring plans, recruitment timelines, and early career programs that align with workforce forecasts.
- Strengthen external relationships with institutions and organizations to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee employee case management including grievance handling, workplace investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive environment by leading proactive engagement efforts, pulse checks, and cultural initiatives.
- Offer coaching and counsel to both leadership and employees on behavior standards, internal policies, and ethical practices.
- Coordinate with rewards teams on the execution of compensation and benefits programs in line with local regulations.
- Support audit readiness and serve as liaison during external or third-party labor and compliance reviews.
- Ensure that employee documentation and HR data handling practices follow internal and external data governance requirements.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a management or HR Business Partner role
- Exposure to multinational environments and global HR practices
- Solid background in the electronics, semiconductor, or manufacturing industry
- Well-rounded HR generalist with strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, compensation & benefits, organizational design, workforce planning, and legal compliance
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Familiarity with HR tools and methodologies such as performance management systems, staffing strategies, and HR metrics
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across all levels in a matrix organization
- Skilled in handling conflict resolution and complex employee relations cases
- Strategic thinker with operational agility
