Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and align programs with organizational goals and industry standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Mentor and support entry-level trainers, providing guidance on training delivery and instructional design techniques. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance training materials and methods. Create and maintain training documentation, including curriculum guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.Responsibilities:Responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for new and existing employees. The primary focus will be on enhancing employee knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. Collaborating with the Documentation Team regarding SOPs creating, updates, etc. Collaborating with Operations, Project Management Team, etc. as needed. Serve as a mentor for new trainers.Qualifications:Bachelor�s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related field. High School Diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development, financial institution operations, customer service, and/or annuity service operations
