Role Overview: We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Admin Assistant to support our fast-paced operations team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our daily activities run smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, quality checks, and performance monitoring. This is a key support role that helps maintain high service standards across our housekeeping and driver teams. Key Responsibilities: Cleaner Overtime Processing Track and process cleaner overtime submissions in line with payroll schedules, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Key Management and Audits Support the team by conducting regular key audits and maintaining up-to-date logs to ensure the safe tracking of all property keys. This role will be responsible for replacing missing keys when we identify sets missing Checklist Review Review completed checklists submitted by Housekeepers and Drivers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Issues Management Monitor and log operational issues raised in the field. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary. KPI Reporting & Admin Assist in compiling operational performance metrics (KPIs), keeping internal dashboards updated, and supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks.
