- Supports establishing the framework for the new shared service regional organization in the relevant wing, focus on stabilization and a strong business as usual status (BAU).
- Plans and implements an organization structure supporting the Group Purchasing organization and embedding the shared service approach.
- Provides reports on a timely manner about the performance of the managed team.
- Ensure daily operations are delivered and all supported entities KPIs are according to targets and expectations. Accountable for Indirect Daily ordering/vendor management and relevant activities in GPSSC scope entities
- Stakeholder management, maintain relationships, ensures stakeholders are fully aligned on “New of the way of working”.
- Keep customers central in-service delivery.
- Bring cases forward to the Global Shared Service Manager on required team capacity to fulfil requirements or if opportunities to increase scope of work arise.
- Manage resources and resolve conflict over resource allocation and other critical issues
- Models team behavior and acts as an inspiration to others related to team behavior while providing coaching and developmental opportunities
- Seek feedback on processes or practices; gather perspectives and ideas for improvements
- Accountable on outsourced tasks' execution booth on quality and cycle time on regional level.
- Ensures compliance in all process steps.
- Responsible to educate the organization on process and use of systems
- Focus on people and drive initiations and organize the activities around the team, which aims to establish the best work/life balance there. Actively support the team and support their development constantly
- Accountable on the right data quality in purchasing systems.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in People Manager role
- At least 5 years of experience indirect and/or direct sourcing and/or operational procurement
- Solid understanding of the order flow and related procurement processes
- Proficiency of Procurement systems (e.g. ARIBA, SAP, Power BI is a nice plus)
