  • Support in Purchasing Master Data PIR Activities including monitoring and managing Order Confirmation requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order confirmations
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Purchasing Master Data PIR process
  • Present project ideas to Source to Pay Leadership Team for efficiency savings and process enhancement
  • Participate in eLearning sessions on project management, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Job shadowing to enhance technical proficiency and adaptability
  • Develop skills in identifying digitalization opportunities and implementing process improvements
What makes you a good fit
  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or Operations Management
  • Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
  • Experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research; ability to analyze and present data, and collaborate effectively with other colleagues
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
