
Bookkeeper

- Record and reconcile daily
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of timesheets and leave records (in collaboration with HR/payroll provider)
- Maintain and update general ledger and journals
- Ensure all financial records comply with regulatory and company standards
- Prepare Daily and Weekly Reports for the E-Commerce and Retail Team.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Proficient in accounting software Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, payroll, and tax compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Certificate IV or higher in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field
- Flexibility in work hours and location, with a focus on managing energy rather than time.
