- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Investigate employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, discrimination, or harassment; document findings and recommend appropriate actions.
- Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations best practices, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support performance management processes, including coaching, corrective actions, and termination decisions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on workplace behavior, conflict resolution, and company policies.
- Analyze trends in employee relations issues and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support organizational change efforts and help manage employee communication during transitions.
