- Manage and organise the executive's daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Offer administrative support, including composing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Co-ordinate meetings and sales opportunities - assist in curating lead and opportunity lists to help schedule the Executive’s calendar especially when travelling
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
- Draft and interact with external contacts via e-mail and other means on behalf of the Executive to assist with sales opportunities and meetings.
- Manage workflow and task prioritisation.
- Screen and manage incoming emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Act as a liaison between executives, clients, or partners, fostering smooth communication.
- Track and follow up on various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant, Manager, or in a similar role
- Bonus if you have a strong passion for information technology
- Savvy in Google Suite/Workspace Applications
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
