Qualifications: College Grad/Post grad 5+ years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography and color usage. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Showcase adaptable and responsive behaviour everyday Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in execution. Good to have an experience in fashion retail Language Proficiency Level: English (B1) Not a job hopper Must not be a present or former employee of Wipro Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling print designs that align with brand identity, demonstrating strong typography, spatial composition, and attention to detail Consistently uphold high standards of speed, precision, and visual quality across all work Implement design changes efficiently and accurately throughout the creative process Apply feedback from partners and creative teams to refine designs and meet deadlines Ensure brand consistency across all designs, following guidelines set by creative leadership Stay current with design and social media trends, particularly in the fashion and retail industries
