Assistant Art Director (Graphic Designer)

• College Grad/Post grad

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in print with a strong branding focus, including team leadership and a clear, thoughtful approach to space and typography in print design.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Proven ability to design visually compelling print pieces with strong spatial design ability, typography, and color usage.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Showcase adaptable and responsive behaviour every day

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow directions and ensure accuracy in execution.

• Good to have experience in fashion retail

• Language Proficiency Level: English (B1)

• Create visually compelling print designs that align with brand identity, demonstrating strong typography, spatial composition, and attention to detail

• Consistently uphold high standards of speed, precision, and visual quality across all work

• Implement design changes efficiently and accurately throughout the creative process
