Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.As a Travel Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating detailed travel proposals and itineraries, managing communications with global B2B clients, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Your work will directly contribute to the success of an inbound tourism business that welcomes visitors to Canada and builds lasting relationships with international travel agencies.What you’ll be doing:
  • Creating detailed proposals and travel itineraries for inbound tourism clients
  • Communicating professionally via email with global B2B clients (travel agencies)
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and accurate delivery of services
  • Using project management or ticketing tools to manage tasks and deadlines
  • Providing flexible support during busy tourism seasons
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the travel industry (e.g., tour companies, airlines, or similar) is strongly preferred
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with itinerary building and general travel workflows
  • Ability to quickly learn new tourism products
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with some overlapping hours for communication and direction
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing proposals is a plus
  • Experience with project management or ticketing systems is an advantage
  • Adaptability to work with clients from multiple time zones
