- Communicating professionally via email with global B2B clients (travel agencies)
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and accurate delivery of services
- Using project management or ticketing tools to manage tasks and deadlines
- Providing flexible support during busy tourism seasons
- Previous experience in the travel industry (e.g., tour companies, airlines, or similar) is strongly preferred
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with itinerary building and general travel workflows
- Ability to quickly learn new tourism products
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with some overlapping hours for communication and direction
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing proposals is a plus
- Experience with project management or ticketing systems is an advantage
- Adaptability to work with clients from multiple time zones
