Loan Channeling & Strategic Partnerships Lead

Overview: Leads and manages all operational matters concerning Loan Channeling and Group Strategic Partnerships.What you will be doing:

Assist Loan Channeling business unit in onboarding Loan Channeling partners and manage day-to-day operational requirements of said business, together with related support units.
Operationalize strategic partnerships of Maya, aligning requirements with associated business units and partners and building necessary operational infrastructure.
Manage day-to-day operational requirements of strategic partnerships during launch/hypercare period, and prepare hand-off to relevant business units and their associated support units during transition to BAU phase.
Assist GSP in completion and safekeeping legal and compliance documents of new and existing partnerships.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or other relevant courses.
With at least 3-5 years working experience in Banking and/or Fintech, especially in operational roles.
With a basic knowledge or work experience in banking/payments operations (onboarding, credit & bank ops, collections, cash ops, etc.).
Skilled in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc), familiarity with SQL, databricks, Appian and other work tools/dashboards.
Good cross-functional and coordination skills.
Familiarity with reading, understanding, and translating data.
