- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads, including:
- Schools and education institutions
- Parents and guardians (Optional)
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Schedule appointments for the sales or leadership team
- Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as required
- Accurately update lead and call activity in the CRM (Properiatary)
- Maintain clean and up‑to‑date contact records
- Track outcomes, follow‑ups, and appointment confirmations
- Represent Computer Xplorers in a professional, friendly, and trustworthy manner
- Clearly articulate Computer Xplorers’ value proposition and offerings
- Handle objections confidently and respectfully
- Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural conversational style
- 3+ years’ experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or Inside Sales Representative
- Strong spoken and written English
- Excellent phone presence with a warm, confident tone
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Comfortable speaking with educators, parents (optional), and professionals
- Ability to do research on LinkedIn etc
- Experience in education, training, SaaS, or service‑based sales
- Exposure to the Australian market
- Understanding of lead qualification frameworks
- Experience supporting franchising or multi‑location businesses
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
