A Graduate of Chemical Engineering, BS Material Engineering or any related course.
Applicants with experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Embodies high sense of professionalism and can multi-task.
Process-oriented and strong analytical skills, has a keen eye for details and improvement.
Can work with minimal supervision, willing to do overtime, adjust work schedule as the need arises.
Highly proficient in both oral and written English language communication.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Fast learner and self-initiated individual

Position Objectives:

Responsible to gather, process, and evaluate material data to monitor restricted substances in Lear Corporation's product in compliance with environmental legislations from different parts of the world.
Acquires immediate customer feedback on quality and timeliness of work output, analyzes the feedback and develop improvement ideas.
Support Lear's goal and policy on responsible materials sourcing due diligence.
Reporting and coordination with project teams within Lear organization.
Communicate with suppliers on a regular cadence to meet data collection objectives.
Able to attend discussions and collaboration with international industry membership work groups.
