Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.Quality Assurance:o Oversee quality control processes and procedures to guarantee that projects meet orexceed established standards.Risk Management:o Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects ontrack.Documentation:o Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, andcorrespondence, to ensure a clear record of project progress.Client Communication:o Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns andensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Team Collaboration:o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, andsubcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.3 to 5 years of experience in the related field.Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standardsCan monitor 2 or 3 project sites simultaneouslyEfficient, well-organized, and pays attention to detailPro-active and capable of multi-taskingFlexible to relocate within the Philippines is preferredMust have a drivers license and know how to drive motorcycle.
