ServiceNow Presales Consultant/Architect

• Provide process and technical consulting service to clients in deciding roadmap for business need. Generate sales leads working with sales team

• Contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business focused testing and training

• Leading workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and finally the proposed solution.

• Building client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and presenting to a high standard of quality, including customers demonstration, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.

• Experienced with advanced object oriented programming principles, leading discussion with client technical teams

• Mentoring and training more junior members of the team

• Build active client demonstrations that enable customers to view the product and visualize how it will meet their objectives.

• Helps drive the estimation of the effort to realize the implementation of the proposed solution

• Establish deep and lasting relationships with clients and team members to enhance the reputation of DXC as an advisor of choice

• Mandatory Certified ServiceNow Administrator, CIS-ITSM, and Certified Application Developer
