- Partner with Covestic Solutions Architect to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements, and configure ServiceNow in alignment with these requirements.
- Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, define ServiceNow solution requirements, design solutions and implementation plans.
- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented.
- As a senior technical member of the team, deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services.
- Produce process guides, training guides and other core project deliverables, as required.
- Lead and support practice build efforts to include development of practice intellectual property (IP).
- 10+ Years within the ITSM industry that included asset management
- 5+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow Platform
- 5+ years professional services / consulting experience
- ITIL v4 Foundations or commitment to attaining this certification within the first 8 weeks of employment
- ITAM Certifications: HAM and SAM Pro – SAM Pro or commitment to attaining these certifications within the first 8 weeks of employment
- Experience interpreting software licensing terms and conditions
- IT asset management and discovery tools experience
- Experience in deploying ITAM, HAM and SAM Pro
- Experience in reconciling software license positions
- Integration experience including but not limited to SCCM or other software discovery tools
- Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
- Excellent understanding of implementation methodologies/SDLC (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall)
- ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist (or commitment to attain these certifications within 90 days of hire date)
- Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow application UI and workflow configuration, report development, integration components (e.g. LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- 2+ years’ experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience and comfort in public speaking situations
- Ability to travel up to 20% - Post Covid (Please note: our achieved target for travel is <20% post COVID)
- ServiceNow / Web Development experience
- ITIL Certification(s)
