- Conduct thorough inspections of returned equipment and attachments following maintenance or rental.
- Compare pre- and post-hire condition reports to identify discrepancies and determine if damage charges apply.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and workshop teams to finalize assessments and related documentation.
- Use rental management systems (MCs Rental) to track inspections, update records, and schedule evaluations.
- Support accurate invoicing by clearly distinguishing chargeable damage-related issues from general wear and tear.
- Communicate with clients or internal teams to resolve damage-related concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Prior experience in damage assessmentideally from equipment hire, construction, or insurance industries
- High attention to detail, especially in report analysis and condition comparison
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using rental management or scheduling tools (experience with MCs Rental is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with construction machinery and hydraulic attachments
- Exposure to maintenance workflows and chargeback procedures
- Experience resolving damage claims or supporting related invoicing processes
