Digital Marketing Campaign Assistant

• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Search.
• Work with pre-approved strategies, creatives, and ad copy to ensure campaigns meet client goals.
• Creative Editing in Canva

• Perform light design adjustments, including resizing assets, adding overlays, and editing text/images to align with platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Reporting & KPI Tracking

• Prepare and update templated performance reports to monitor campaign metrics.
• Ensure accuracy of data and consistency in format for internal and client use.
• Email Marketing Support

• Build, segment, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Ensure timely execution aligned with overall campaign calendars.
• Salesforce CRM Assistance

• Help manage audiences, campaign tracking, and performance reporting through Salesforce.
• Support the marketing team in maintaining clean and up-to-date CRM records.
• Team Collaboration & Task Coordination

• Work cross-functionally with other marketing team members to execute projects and campaigns on time.
• Follow internal processes and workflows while managing multiple deliverables in a remote environment.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign support
• Proven, hands-on experience with the following tools/platforms:

• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search campaigns)
• Canva (for basic creative edits)
• Klaviyo (email campaign setup, scheduling, and segmentation)
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working in the graveyard shift or US timezone
