- Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and all relevant online platforms.
- Manage and update Conrad Manila's content across digital channels, including but not limited to website, Google Business Profile, and OTSs, ensuring accuracy and engagement.
- Assist in implementing SEO and content strategies to increase online visibility and improve search rankings.
- Monitor social media platforms daily, engage with audiences, identify storytelling opportunities, and track performance metrics.
- Plan, create, and maintain a detailed monthly social media content calendar to ensure consistent storytelling and alignment with brand campaigns and commercial strategies.
- Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing content, photography, and video production.
- Assist in developing paid and organic social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings.
- Support eCommerce and digital initiatives in line with Hilton and Conrad digital marketing guidelines.
- Prepare monthly reports on digital performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to promote special offers, events, and hotel experiences through digital channels.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, newsletters, and in-house promotions.
- Maintain a well-organized media and asset library including photography, video, and design templates.
- Support internal and external communication activities, including content development, press releases, and media coordination.
- Ensure all digital and offline marketing materials adhere to brand tone, design, and communication standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as budget tracking, purchase orders, and department reports.
- The executive role focuses more on self-development as opposed to developing team members
- Establish and maintain effective rapport and open communication with all hotel disciplines
- Support the Line Manager to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all external customers to include key members of the media, community organisations, local and municipality government officials, local industry organisations as well as suppliers and agencies.
- Excel at being an effective team player in all aspects of the role
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High level proficiency of native language dependent on location of role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, social media management, content creation, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges
- Ability to work under pressure at all times
- Educated to College level or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with various levels of management
