- ○ Respond quickly to leads on Facebook, Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp.
- ○ Qualify, nurture, and convert leads through calls, emails, meetings into sales.
- Marketing Collaboration
- ○ Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- ○ Educate clients on Sienna, net-zero homes, energy savings and financing options.
- Data and Insights
- ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities and present in weekly meetings.
- ○ Suggest A/B testings based on data insights.
- Customer Experience
- ○ Conduct tours at showflat.
- ○ Build rapport with leads and build customer profiles.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Experience with Facebook Sales and Ads Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in online and tele-sales (real estate, housing, financial services, or related industries preferred).
- Maintain spreadsheets and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
- Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog.
- This position will require communication with customers on weekends and outside of regular work hours, up to 10:00 PM.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
