This is a hands-on role for someone with 3+ years of experience across digital campaigns, social media, content, email marketing, and website optimisation.You will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing initiatives, monitoring performance, and driving engagement across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute fresh ideas in a fast-growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign ManagementPlan, schedule, and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.Support paid media activity (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), including reporting and optimisation.Content & Social MediaCreate, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.Manage blog, newsletter, and website content updates to align with campaigns.Email MarketingBuild and deploy email campaigns via Zoho (or similar platforms).Manage and segment contact lists to improve engagement and performance.Website & CRO OptimisationUpdate website content and landing pages in WordPress or similar CMS.Monitor user behaviour, track conversions, and contribute to CRO initiatives.Event MarketingCoordinate the promotion of company events (webinars, conferences, workshops).Manage event logistics, communications, and post-event marketing activities.Analytics & ReportingUse GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Zoho reporting tools to track performance.Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve results.Collaboration & AdminMaintain the marketing calendar and track key deadlines.Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver assets and campaigns.RequirementsKey Skills & QualificationsEssential3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related role.Strong skills in campaign coordination, content creation, and social media management.Knowledge of graphic design basics, SEO, digital advertising and email marketing.Experience with Google/Meta/LinkedIn AdsExperience with GA4, GTM and other analysis / reporting tools.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.PreferredExperience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with CRM and email platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp).Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Webflow or similar).Exposure to B2B marketing and/or professional services.BenefitsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary aligned with experience and expertise.Opportunity to work with an international team supporting clients across Australia.A collaborative, supportive, and growth-driven culture.Professional development opportunities in a fast-scaling business.The chance to make a real impact and contribute to a company dedicated to providing employment opportunities to Filipinos.
