- Lead and manage the banks overall operational activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide operational oversight to a select number of branches, fostering integration between digital and physical banking services.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital loan products, including origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, and ongoing monitoring.
- Manage daily reconciliation of transactions across the mobile app, payment partners, and core banking systems.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all settlement processes.
- Drive automation initiatives and operational excellence to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with BSP regulations, AMLA requirements, and internal policies.
- Champion initiatives to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all banking channels.
- Bachelors Degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in banking operations, preferably in a digital banking environment.
- Strong understanding of loan operations, transaction reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization and regulatory compliance (BSP, AMLA).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
