We're looking for an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to be the founder's right hand - taking full ownership of recurring systems, projects, and daily execution. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of recurring systems (ad scheduling, UGC management, etc.) Lead and execute business projects (supplier sourcing, recruitment, landing page updates, etc.) Manage personal projects and tasks directly for the founder Proactively identify inefficiencies or opportunities for growth and bring forward actionable ideas. Uphold elite standards of execution - moving fast, keeping projects on track, and never letting details slip. Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar "right-hand" role - ideally within a fast-paced startup or e-commerce company Strong background or familiarity with e-commerce / DTC operations Experience managing projects end-to-end, from idea to execution Versatile and adaptable - comfortable taking on a wide range of projects (business and personal), learning quickly, and delivering results fast Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once Ownership mentality - thrives without hand-holding and takes full responsibility for outcomes If you're looking for an easy, predictable job, this isn't it.
