Inbound Sales Representative - PH Remote

As an Inbound Sales Representative , you&aposll convert marketing-generated leads into paying clients. You&aposll take booked meetings from our ads and campaigns, conduct sales calls, and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven, persuasive, and enjoys turning prospects into customers through strategic relationship building and consultative selling. What You&aposll Do Sales Calls & Conversion Take sales calls with pre-booked leads from marketing campaigns Convert prospects into paying clients through phone conversations and virtual meetings Present our solutions and close deals using consultative selling techniques Meet monthly sales targets and conversion goals Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research prospects and personalize conversations Lead Management & Analysis Follow up with warm leads until they convert or opt out using systematic nurturing sequences Keep accurate records of all calls and prospects in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) Utilize Apollo for prospecting and lead enrichment activities Apply analytical thinking to identify patterns in successful conversions Report on conversion rates, sales pipeline, and performance metrics Conduct critical analysis of lost opportunities to improve future performance Continuous Learning & Development Stay updated on product features, market trends, and competitive landscape Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development programs Analyze successful sales calls to refine techniques and approaches What You&aposll Bring Core Requirements 2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or customer service experience Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) Strong interest in continuous learning and professional development Critical thinking abilities to assess prospect needs and tailor solutions Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and optimizing performance Technical Skills LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience (required) CRM experience preferred (HubSpot strongly preferred) Apollo platform experience (preferred but not required) Proficiency with sales productivity tools and technology Soft Skills Persistence and resilience in following up with prospects Strong listening skills and ability to identify customer pain points Results-driven mentality with focus on revenue generation Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs Why Join Us Chargeblast is reshaping the payments landscape with cutting-edge solutions.
