Job Description:We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your RPA Development career to the next level.As an RPA Developer within JPMorgan Chase Asset and Wealth Management, you will be tasked with providing regular analytics and independent business tools across the Wealth Management platform. Your contributions will directly influence business decisions and execution, cater to business needs, and mitigate risk. Your role will necessitate collaboration across various sectors of the organization, including Senior Management, Technology, Product Groups, and Business Risk Management.Job Responsibilities:

Understanding and defining business needs in the context of short and long term objective
Synthesizing raw data into actionable insights to drive business results and analyze trends
Analyzing data, processes, organization and supporting applications
Identifying weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement - and reporting the findings in a simple, compelling way
Managing global stakeholders and collaborating with them to achieve business results
Working across the business to implement new processes, MIS, applications and organizational changes
Measuring results - business, client and employee impact
Partner with Plan and Build teams to effectively communicate business requirements and lead project delivery and implementation
Support Reusable solutions and attended Bots
Provide immediate support - troubleshoot and fix production issues
Provide clear communications and Root cause analysis on the production issues across stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Experience in RPA design, coding, and implementation within the last 24 months is a must.
Hands-on experience in low code automation tools such as Unqork , Alteryx, and Python is a must
A least 5 years of experience in programming and executing reports using SQL or similar query language; intermediate coding proficiency in SQL is expected.
At least 1 year experience with exposure/involvement in one or more of the following areas: financial services, project management, and process improvement
Strong Data Analytical skills and advanced ability to perform exploratory data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in using RPA development platforms is an advantage.
