This is a fractional role. 20 hours will be allocated to VargasAndrews and another 20 hours will be designated to a start-up client in Australia.

Position Summary:We are seeking a talented RPA Developer with a strong background in Full Stack Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in both RPA and Full Stack Development will be crucial in creating robust automation workflows and integrating them seamlessly into our existing systems and applications.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document process requirements and specifications
Analyze, evaluate, and recommend automation opportunities and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Build and maintain bots to automate repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and reliability in execution.
Conduct testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
Integrate RPA workflows with existing software applications, databases, APIs, and web services using Full Stack Development technologies.
Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA implementation and best practices.
Ongoing support, maintenance and administration of automated business processes.
Stay updated on the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar RPA platforms.
Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript for Full Stack Development.
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and modern web frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).

Proficiency in back-end development using frameworks such as .NET, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot. * Familiarity with relevant database management systems and data integration techniques.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Node JS)
Proficiency with GPT4, Zappier, Power Automate, Power Bi, Zoho, Ms365, Powershell

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in RPA technologies (UiPath Certified Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, etc.).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, automation).
Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their integration with RPA for cognitive automation.
Understanding of security and compliance standards related to automation and data privacy.
