The Specialist - Content to help shape and deliver high-impact messaging across web, social, sales, and campaign channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands the nuances of audience engagement, and can craft content that's both strategic and deeply human. Experience in healthcare, tech or B2B environments is a plus. The Content Specialist is expected to collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Creative to produce content that builds trust, drives action, and reinforces our brand voice. Write and refine content across formats including case studies, blogs, white papers, social media posts, ad campaigns, one-pagers, outreach emails, and podcast/video scripts. Craft messaging that aligns with brand voice, audience intent, and campaign goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights, align on messaging, and ensure content supports business objectives. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across teams. Edit and proofread for clarity, tone, and consistency across all touchpoints. Familiar with basic digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) and project management tools. Job Qualifications 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing communications. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and formats-especially B2B or healthcare-related work. Exceptional command of tone, grammar, and storytelling. Experience writing for digital channels including web, email, social media, and video/audio scripts. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to feedback. Can distill complex ideas into clear, engaging, and resonant copy. Understands customers mindset and tailors messaging to connect across touchpoints. Works seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining integrity. Delivers clean, on-brand copy that&aposs timely, accurate and aligned with campaign or content goals.
