Provides administrative support to enter, process and deliver Spares Sales Orders. Maintains data standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Customer and Spares data. Job Responsibilities Supporting customers on all pre-order stages such as part numbers identification, pricing and orders quotation Checking booking forms for consistency, changes and delivery requirements Raising sales orders using the Company's system (in Oracle) Maintaining the company's order processing systems Liaising with Service and Company entities to ensure the prompt shipment and delivery of Customers orders Chasing late deliveries, missing parts or purchase orders changes with Service Procurement Collection and management of all of documentation required prior goods shipments to the Customers Raising invoices and monitoring progress Warranty Sales Orders management Maintaining the department's internal filing and archiving systems Other relevant duties as delegated by the immediate supervisor Works in accordance with ITC international trade regulations Qualifications College graduate of any course. 2 years in an administrative field Work experience in Sales Order Management and Oracle EBS is an advantage Fluent knowledge of English Essential knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) is an advantage Analytical skills and accuracy Detail oriented Proactive and problem-solving attitudes Good communication skills Team player Customer Orientation Excellent organizational abilities, quick orientation when solving problem-related matters Patience, good communication skills, and being a team player The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.
