You will be key in creating and implementing standard procedures and maintaining the employee handbooks and policies at a regional and local level. Responsible for managing the ServiceNow function, maintaining SLAs and reporting to the HR Lead APAC. Your focus will extend to managing onboarding and offboarding processes and all employee data for the APAC region. You'll be responsible for: Establishing and maintaining standardised operating procedures (SOPs) and employee handbooks and policies to guide consistent practices. Developing and implementing HR processes aligned with overall business goals and HR strategy to enhance the employee experience. Ensuring legal compliance and provide decision support through the analysis of HR metrics. Managing and overseeing the onboarding process to create a seamless and positive experience for new hires. Managing HR operations, including HRIS and benefit administration. Managing our internal HR ticketing service through defined SLAs. Managing all documentation issued to our employees from employment contracts to ER and any contract changes. Working with the HRBPs to ensure all visa renewals, contract renewals are managed in a consistent and timely manner. Working with the HRBPs and HR Lead on the appraisal and pay review and bonus cycle ensuring all data is accurate, uploaded and letters issued. Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. You'll need to have: Educated to degree level or equivalent standard of experience. Proven relevant experience in a similar role. You'll also have: 10 - 15 years' overall experience in HR operations or HR services is a significant advantage. Advanced knowledge of HR compliance across at least 2 of our key markets (Philippines, Australia, HK, Singapore, Vietnam, India). Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate employee programmes effectively. Ideally coming from a startup or a fast-paced company background with coverage of several operating countries. Proficient in labour law administration and implementation, HRIS and ATS. Experience in a shared service environment is preferred with experience with ServiceNow advantageous. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
