We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots applied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization. Key Responsibilities: Administer Payroll process with accuracy by setting appropriate quality standards and timelines for own work area Guide other team members for the same. Implement Compensation (C&B) programs and reward policies that are aligned with the company's business objectives for all levels. Provide consulting on C&B matters (e.g. interpret policy) Supervise the collection of data about company's Compensation and Benefit policies. Obtain all necessary information in order to prepare compensation. Collaborating with outside vendors, such as benefits vendors. Ensuring that the pay practices comply with labor laws and regulations. Administering the organization's benefits programs (e.g., financial wellness programs, etc.) Making recommendations to managers regarding, salaries, and classifications. Independently check for patterns of new errors/ repetitive issues and rectify the same, else escalate complex issues for resolution. Guide other team members on recurring errors and issues related to Payroll. Maintain employee and payroll records and systems as per process guidelines. Prepare reports for internal use, government, compliance as well as any global reportorial requirements Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent. Experience Level: With more than 5 years of experience in Human Resources. Exposure with key aspects of HR processes such as C&B, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Digitalization. Must have a strong sense of business acumen. With excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills. Adept in HR or payroll systems and preferably with exposure to HR digitalization.
