Schedule: Morning shiftJob DescriptionThe Leasing Manager is responsible for driving leasing operations by securing new tenants, maintaining relationships with existing tenants, and ensuring an optimal tenant mix that supports the mall’s profitability and overall business objectives. The role focuses on achieving leasing targets while ensuring that lease agreements and tenant requirements align with company policies and operational standards.Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure prospective tenants to achieve leasing targets and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Manage lease negotiations, contract preparation, and lease renewals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and address leasing concerns.
- Evaluate tenant mix and recommend strategies to improve category balance and mall performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
- Coordinate with mall operations, marketing, and management teams to support tenant performance.
- Monitor tenant sales performance and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, or mall management.
- Strong experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and tenant relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective leasing strategies.
- Experience working in the mall, retail, or commercial property industry is highly preferred.
