Schedule: Morning shiftJob DescriptionThe Zone Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned office zones within the property. The role ensures efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with company standards, while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.Key Responsibilities
- • Oversee daily operations of assigned office zones including facilities management, housekeeping, and security.
- • Ensure building systems and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently.
- • Coordinate with tenants to address operational concerns and ensure service standards are met.
- • Monitor vendor and service provider performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
- • Ensure compliance with building policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
- • Support the implementation of operational programs that enhance tenant experience and building performance.
- • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding zone performance and issues.
- • Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, property management, and administrative units.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years of experience in property management, building operations, or facilities management.
- Experience handling commercial buildings or office properties is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building operations, tenant coordination, and facilities management.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational concerns in a fast-paced environment.
