The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Recruitment Specialist works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or any relevant field.At least 1-2 years recruitment experience or relevant internship in a similar roleExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized, great at time-management and prioritization; Must be creative, resourceful and can adapt easilyAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, emails and presentationsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
