Job SummaryThe Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for Anytime Fitness clubs and corporate support teams. This role ensures we attract candidates who align with our fitness-driven culture, customer-first mindset, and operational standards across multiple locations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for gym and corporate roles, including:Club ManagersMembership ConsultantsCoaches / Personal TrainersFront Desk / Member Experience StaffCorporate and support roles as neededPartner with Operations, Club Managers, and Head Office to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelinesSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in applicants, and local community channelsConduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, attitude, customer service skills, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews, trade tests, and trial shifts where applicablePrepare and extend job offers aligned with company standards and approved compensation structuresMaintain accurate applicant records and hiring reports using the HRIS or ATSEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to onboardingSupport employer branding initiatives and represent Anytime Fitness as an employer of choiceEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal hiring proceduresTrack recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and source effectivenessQualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (fitness, retail, hospitality, or service industry experience is an advantage)Strong communication and interviewing skillsAbility to manage high-volume hiring across multiple locationsFamiliarity with job boards, social media sourcing, and HRIS/ATS platforms
