This role will handle the monitoring and processing of payments, ensuring that all payables and corporate obligations are accurately recorded and settled on time. You will play a key role in validating and safekeeping financial records while ensuring proper funding is in place before payments are made.Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable for both regular and special expenses.
Prepare checks, vouchers, and necessary supporting documents for payment processing.
Safeguard and maintain accurate records of company transactions.
Process bank-to-bank transactions, check payments, and debit memos.
Support other functions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (preferred) or Finance Management.
