Guerilla 360 Integrated Solutions Co., a leading tech company specializing in integrated business solutions, is looking for a skilled B2B Sales and Account Manager with a strong focus on managing and growing our existing Monday.com accounts. As a key member of our sales team, your role will involve strategic account management, maximizing client satisfaction, and driving increased adoption and expansion of Monday.com services within our client base. Interview Process Virtual Skills Assessment (Testgorilla link) Interview with Human Resources (Call or Google Meet) Virtual Interview with Project Owner (Google Meet) Job Offer Interview Processing Timelines from End to End 2 weeks Key Responsibilities: Account Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and retain existing accounts by introducing new Monday.com features and integrations that meet client needs. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage all aspects of the client business relationship. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by expanding client usage and adoption of Monday.com. Client Training & Support: Provide ongoing product education and support to customers, ensuring they receive maximum value from Monday.com. Feedback Coordination: Relay client feedback to the product management team regarding client requests, product enhancements, and services to ensure Monday.com's offerings meet our clients' evolving needs. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar role, ideally with a focus on SaaS or cloud-based solutions. Strong understanding of Monday.com or similar project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate product benefits and the value of solutions to drive customer commitment. Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
