Responsibilities:
  • Assist the onboarding specialist with the onboarding process to submit fee schedule requests to the insurance companies.
  • Create and fill out a process management spreadsheet and upload information from the GForms/Asana Forms to the provider’s project.
  • The Onboarding Assistant for Critical Accounts also helps with prefilling applications and drafting meeting recaps.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
RequirementsGood to have:
  • Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Email Correspondence and client or contract management skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
