- Assist the onboarding specialist with the onboarding process to submit fee schedule requests to the insurance companies.
- Create and fill out a process management spreadsheet and upload information from the GForms/Asana Forms to the provider’s project.
- The Onboarding Assistant for Critical Accounts also helps with prefilling applications and drafting meeting recaps.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
- Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
- Email Correspondence and client or contract management skills
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
