- Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, solutioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and engage decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
- Understand client needs and pain points in workforce management, payroll, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and positioning.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in selling HCM, HRMS, payroll, or related SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
