Position Overview: As the Paralegal, you will provide legal and administrative support by managing corporate compliance, contracts, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to local regulations and alignment with regional and global policies. Core Responsibilities: Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance with local laws and regulations, maintaining all required licenses and corporate filings to support ongoing business operations. Oversee and maintain all corporate statutory requirements and documentation Ensure the company holds valid and up-to-date licenses to operate within the market Coordinate with Regional and Global Offices to align on corporate policies and ensure adherence to Codes of Business Conduct (COBC) Contract & Legal Management Lead the governance, administration, and execution of all contractual matters to safeguard the company's legal and commercial interests. Manage and administer all third-party contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation Oversee contract lifecycle processes, including approvals from Regional or Global Offices Ensure all agreements and licenses are accurately recorded and updated in internal systems Appoint and manage external legal counsel where required Documentation & Systems Governance Ensure robust documentation practices and system integrity across all legal and corporate records. Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organized filing systems for all corporate and legal documents Ensure timely updates and compliance across internal platforms and reporting systems Stakeholder & Cross-Regional Coordination Act as a key liaison across local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
