Job description:Receive payments in cash or check and issue the corresponding Official Receipts (OR) after verifying invoices, Statement of Account and other supporting documents.Generate Daily Collection Report and reconciles figures against cash or checks collected for the day.Maintain effective records management in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.Validate deposits made against passbooks.Identify brokers that paid net of commissions to ensure their issuance of BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) in favor of the Company.Compute premium refunds and forward to another Accounting Assistant for the issuance of check.Prepare and issue Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2307) to brokers.Handles inquiries on disbursement and/or check releases.Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate superior.Job skills and requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field;At least one (1) year related work experience;Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software;Good communication skills, both written and oral; andKeen on details and accuracy.
