OverviewAs part of a global team, the Leadership Development Manager provides new and existing “people leaders” with ibex core training, coaching, and development across the organization. Our goal is to provide the skills and support necessary to enable leaders to strategically balance people and performance while driving operational excellence. The Leadership Development Manager requires experience as an operation and or training manager with a comprehensive understanding of leadership, coaching, and operational concepts to ensure the transfer of skills from the classroom to the production floor, including observation and feedback sessions. This is a hybrid position works remotely and onsite.
