SECURITY OFFICER Under the general supervision of the Facilities & EHS Manager, the Security Officer is responsible for planning, establishing, implementing, and controlling security programs to keep personnel, facility, and company assets safe and secure in compliance with business and customer requirements, employee needs, corporate standards, and government regulations. Principal Accountabilities: Develop, implement, and control Moog's overall Security program in a manner that meets all stakeholders' requirements. This includes facility security, visitor control, security clearances, handling and control of classified information, and audits. Manage the security contract ensuring 24/7 security in the plant and in employee residences by professional and well-equipped personnel. Establish and maintain liaison with relevant institutions or government agencies. Identify security risks and or violations, investigate and resolve security breaches. Conduct threat and vulnerability analyses to determine the probable frequency, criticality, consequence, or severity of natural or man-made disasters or criminal activity on the organization's profitability or delivery of products or services. Ensure that access control, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and risk management needs of the plant are properly addressed Ensure an effective and efficient parking and traffic management system. Plan, create, establish, and implement effective regulated chemicals licensing/permitting standards and efficient processes that ensure on-time application and release of all required licenses/permits. Any other duties as reasonably necessitated. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree w/- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience managing contracts and attendance at related security seminars and participation in professional societies and continuing education programs. Other Requirements: As the principal administrator of a critical program, the position requires diplomacy, tact, and persistence in dealing with company, guest, and contractors' personnel at all levels and with various agencies and customers. The incumbent must execute his responsibilities in a way that reflects maturity and good judgment. The incumbent must develop a collaborative working relationship with the PNP, PDEA, local government, and other critical agencies to support our security program.
