I am currently is seeking an enthusiastic and driven International Marketing Partner (IMP) to join my pioneer team. As an IMP, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence and fostering relationships with potential buyers and investors in the real estate market. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world, allowing you to leverage your network and expertise to generate leads and referrals. We welcome Filipinos residing or working overseas, as well as foreigners interested in earning part-time income in the Philippine real estate market. Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential buyers and investors in target international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to generate referrals. Collaborate with our team to develop strategies and materials tailored to international audiences. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing. Represent RLC at international events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our properties and services. Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management on a regular basis. Qualifications A background in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field would be advantageous, although it is not essential. Proven experience in international marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the real estate industry is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Excellent networking abilities and a wide-reaching professional network in international markets. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate different time zones. Ability to work independently and remotely, with access to reliable internet connection and communication tools.
