Basic Purpose/Job Summary: To provide basic health care services to employees and assist in implementing the healthcare protocols of the company. Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience Must be knowledgeable in and understand occupational health nurse functions, analysis, approaches, tools, and techniques Must be highly organized with keen attention to details With strong interpersonal skills, cutting across all levels of an organization Must have a good command of the English language and be able to communicate well, both in oral and written forms Self-starter, results-oriented, and hardworking Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Responsibilities: Conducts an initial health assessment of identified employees who need medical care and assistance Prepares an endorsement for the on-site clinic doctor of the medical history and initial health assessment of employees Checks the health condition of employees being monitored and provides updates to the on-site clinic doctor as necessary Provides first aid management in emergency cases and assists in bringing employees to an accredited clinic or hospital as necessary Maintains the inventory of first-aid medicines and medical equipment Oversees clinic management tasks and prepares reports and documentation as required Collaborates with the HR and Admin team to develop programs and services related to healthcare and safety awareness Schedule: 10 hour shift
