Company Nurse AMCS Cebu City, Cebu Contract Full-time 2 months ago Coordinate with company's healthcare provider for the Annual Physical Exam and all medical data needed for the sanitary permit.Coordinate with healthcare provider for any medical needs of the employees.Develop and implement health & safety programs including health counselling to the employees.Respond and provide onsite treatment to work-related injuries.Assess pre-employment medical examination results.Maintain accurate employee's individual medical record.Maintain and submit all required reports to management and government agencies such as DOLE, SSS and etc.Evaluate and administer first aid medicine and treatment to employees and recommend intervention by the doctor if needed.Comply with DOLE's health and safety environment guidelines.Directly or in a supporting role in organizing, scheduling, and overseeing company-related events.Organize, oversee, and finalize confidential engagement and communication, contract work and various documents and secretarial duties including filing, renewal, gathering of signatures, and mailing.Coordinating office maintenance, cleanliness, hygiene, employee services and first point contact with building management.Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems.Providing logistics support for office equipment local procurement, acquisition or importation.Processing of purchase orders for related suppliers, reviewing and completion of expense reports and liquidation of cash advances, in compliance to company policies.Facilitates and supports onboarding and offboarding of employees.Support leadership, directly or indirectly on different projects and initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSLicensed NurseAt least 5 years of experience as company nurse in the same industryExperience of occupational health and safety practicesWilling to work mid shiftHighly organized, a self-starter and works independently, preferably with multiple deliverables, simultaneously.Critical thinker with adequate level of attention to detail, capable and reliable to notice data inaccuracies and or discrepancies.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Can effectively collaborate with cross functional groups, link people and the organizationCan inspire and motivate others, directly or indirectlyCan easily adopt to working with colleagues in different culturesDIGITAL WAYS TO A CLEANER WORLDDo you want to work for a company with Irish roots and a global impact?
