- Provide level 1&2 technical support, over the phone and using a variety of remote support applications.
- Proactively monitor and respond to the day-to-day workload of the Service Desk to ensure all issues are responded to and in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of end-to-end ticket resolution and ensure tickets are triaged and assigned in a timely manner.
- Manage employees' On-boarding/Off-boarding process and perform IT inductions for new users.
- Maintain technical expertise in Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Microsoft Teams and Teams calling with detail knowledge in Channels.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites.
- Configure and development of Microsoft Auto Pilot to main Desktop/Laptop fleet.
