  • Provide level 1&2 technical support, over the phone and using a variety of remote support applications.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to the day-to-day workload of the Service Desk to ensure all issues are responded to and in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end ticket resolution and ensure tickets are triaged and assigned in a timely manner.
  • Manage employees' On-boarding/Off-boarding process and perform IT inductions for new users.
  • Maintain technical expertise in Microsoft Windows / Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Manage Microsoft Teams and Teams calling with detail knowledge in Channels.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft SharePoint sites.
  • Configure and development of Microsoft Auto Pilot to main Desktop/Laptop fleet.
