We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company operating in the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Management Space. Our team is spread across different geographic locations. We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist/Help Desk Support to join our team and provide comprehensive technical support to both our internal and offshore teams.Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and offshore team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, chat, IT ticketing system, or remote assistance tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Collaborate with the client IT team and RVP Leadership to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to empower users to troubleshoot common IT issues independently.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our IT support services.
Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Proficiency in remote assistance tools and IT ticketing systems.
Preferred Requirements:
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
  • Experience supporting teams across different geographic locations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Other Job Details:
  • Location: This is a remote position based in the Philippines. Candidates must be located in the Philippines and authorized to work.
  • Time: The candidate should be willing to work EST hours and accommodate occasional after-hours support.
