- Provide timely technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and offshore team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems via phone, email, chat, IT ticketing system, or remote assistance tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the client IT team and RVP Leadership to implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to empower users to troubleshoot common IT issues independently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve our IT support services.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Proficiency in remote assistance tools and IT ticketing systems.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
- Experience supporting teams across different geographic locations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Location: This is a remote position based in the Philippines. Candidates must be located in the Philippines and authorized to work.
- Time: The candidate should be willing to work EST hours and accommodate occasional after-hours support.
